The Collective is a monthly membership designed for clients who value consistency, priority access, and thoughtful perks across skincare and photography. It’s not required—everything is always available à la carte—but it’s a supportive option for clients who want ongoing care without having to rebook from scratch each time. Is a membership required to book services? No. Memberships are completely optional. All services can be booked individually without joining the Collective. Is there a minimum commitment? Yes. All Collective memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment to support consistency and treatment results. After the initial commitment, memberships continue month-to-month unless cancelled. What happens if I don’t use my facial one month? Your facial rolls over month-to-month as long as your membership remains active and in good standing. If you cancel your membership, any unused services or perks are forfeited. What does priority booking mean? Collective members receive preferred access to appointment availability, including earlier booking opportunities and easier rescheduling when life happens. How do the photography discounts work? While your membership is active: Glow & Signature Collective members receive 15% off eligible portrait and branding photography services Luxe Collective members receive 20% off eligible portrait and branding photography services Photography discounts apply to designated sessions only and cannot be combined with other promotions. Do members receive discounts on skincare add-ons? Yes. Collective members receive 10% off additional skincare add-ons beyond the add-on included with their membership tier, while their membership is active. What are quarterly appreciation upgrades? Quarterly appreciation upgrades are small, thoughtful perks offered as a thank-you for maintaining an active membership. These are earned once every three consecutive months of active membership and must be redeemed while the membership is active. What happens if I pause my membership? If a membership is paused or placed on hold, quarterly appreciation upgrades do not accrue during the paused period, and any unused quarterly upgrades associated with that period are forfeited. Are membership prices locked in? Yes. Membership pricing is locked in for active members in good standing. Any future price changes apply only to new memberships or if a membership is cancelled and later reactivated. Can I cancel my membership at any time? After completing the initial 3-month commitment, memberships may be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy. Upon cancellation, all unused services, discounts, and perks are forfeited.
